Procrastination is editor Sarah Iben’s secret weapon, and with a career spanning over two decades with work for clients including Adidas, Google and music videos for artists like Billie Eilish and Mark Ronson, I think we can safely say her procrastination approach works!
As the first female commercial editor hired at each of the post houses she worked at Sarah has no doubt paved the way for women following in her footsteps.

Meet Winnie Cheung, a director, editor and writer based across the UK, US, Hong Kong and Germany. With 15+ years of experience, Winnie’s multidisciplinary approach spans scripted, documentary and experimental within film, TV and commercial. The key to Winnie’s projects is organisation, visualising the narrative on paper and digitally and creating matchcut select sequences when organising dailies if a pattern of graphic symmetry begins to form.
In this career story, Winnie discusses non-traditional pathways into post, role models and making space for up-and-coming artists at big festivals.
