Meet Gabriella Aguilar an editor based in Kansas working at VAULT, the in-house production company at VMLY&R. At just a year into her career Gabriella gives a really important perspective on those first steps into the industry and how making music videos with her friends and editing videos of her Barbies (channelling her inner Greta Gerwig) led her to the career she’s so happy to be pursuing. She spends her work life cutting social videos including ASMR (love!!) finding rhythm with sounds and using music to drive her edits forward and working with brands like Smirnoff, Intel and Smart Water.

Meet Elizabeth Clutterbuck, a long form editor based in Glasgow, working at Blazing Griffin Post Production. Elizabeth’s love of creativity and problem solving drew her to editing and when she got her first job as a runner in a production company and ensured everyone she worked with knew she wanted to edit!
